Tuesday, July 11th, 2017, at 6 am Eastern for less than 15 minutes, we are going to be in maintenance mode!
All security updates require a reboot. Our server is a lot like your personal computer. To allow the updates to process, the system needs to be restarted. The Turn Key Blog Team server (yourfreedomhost.com) gets restarted tomorrow morning at 6 am Eastern. All websites are temporarily down for maintenance for about 15 minutes or less.
We're down for less than an hour this evening to install twice as much RAM on our server. This allows more to be happening in the background while all of your beautiful sites remain live on the internet. Always looking for ways to give you the best! Earlier Friday morning we experienced an issue with the Google DNS revolvers. On Saturday, we had a drive failure in our server node which we have replaced and it has been rebuilt, this may have caused some sluggishness in the server response this morning. Both matters have been resolved, and all sites are available. Please issue a support ticket or send an email to email@example.com if you continue to have problems.
